  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Customized or personalized jewelry orders may require additional processing time, which will be mentioned on the product page.

Shipping Time

  • Domestic Shipping (India): Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days
  • International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7–21 business days depending on the destination country and customs clearance

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999 within India
  • Standard shipping charges apply to orders below the free shipping threshold
  • International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with a tracking number and courier details
  • You can track your shipment directly through the courier partner’s website

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD may be available on selected locations within India
  • Additional COD handling charges may apply

Delivery Delays

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Re-shipping charges may apply for returned packages

Damaged or Missing Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos
  • If your package is marked delivered but not received, contact us immediately for assistance

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
